Our products include fresh, chilled and frozen wild-caught Tasmanian sea urchin and related seafood products.

All products are subject to availability and seasonal supply.

As our products are natural seafood items, size, colour and texture may vary.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

Freight charges are calculated at checkout or as agreed for commercial orders.

4. Perishable Goods & Cold Chain

Our products are perishable.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address.

Once delivered, products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately according to label instructions.

We are not responsible for deterioration of goods due to:

Incorrect delivery details
Failed delivery attempts
Delayed collection
Improper storage after delivery

5. Shipping & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

We use insulated packaging and appropriate freight services; however, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

We will assess and provide replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Export & Compliance

Salty Roe Tasmania operates as an export-approved processing facility and complies with all relevant Tasmanian and Australian food safety regulations.

All products are processed under strict hygiene and monitoring standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, remains the property of Salty Roe Tasmania and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
