This pack is part of our brined product range, offering a longer shelf life. The standard pack size is 150 g (AB grade).
We can also pack to customer requirements, with larger volumes or custom formats arranged directly with the factory.

*The availability of Centro (Long-Spined Sea Urchin) is from December to July, and Helio (Short-Spined Sea Urchin) is available from August to October.
